Norman J. Trebilcock, AICP, PTOE, PE, President of TCS, has guided tremendous growth in SW Florida since 1990. As both a professional engineer and certified planner, Norman has lent his innovative planning and design expertise to thousands of acres of desirable land development projects and hundreds of miles of safe and efficient roadways. He is passionate about providing the best engineering and planning services on projects, and feels directly responsible for project outcomes.
Norman founded TCS in 2007 to meet the demand for specialized transportation services in Southwest Florida.
He worked on “Miracle Village,” home to 2,500 earthquake evacuees and amputees in Haiti.
Norman Trebilcock's career spans more than three decades across private consulting, municipal leadership, and transportation engineering. This unique blend of experience gives clients the confidence of working with a team that understands projects from every perspective.
